Our new fire sleeve is made in the USA and is AS1072 certified and allows you to assemble hoses to AS1055D specs. This is true Aviation spec fire sleeve with a 0.115″ wall thickness of silicone. This sleeve is designed to operate in 500°F continuous with molten splash up to 2,000°F. It is highly resistant to hydraulic fluids, lubricating oils, and fuels. The dense braided fiberglass interior insulates against energy loss in piping and hosing, while the high-density silicone coating protects from accidental injury. Also available with self-fusing fire sleeve tape, recommended for every install.
