Earlier this year, our site was hacked and suddenly we were in the business of selling Japanese toilet products. We got the site back, only to have it crash again a month later. It was time for a change. So after roughly 5 months, 4000+ products, a crashed hard drive, a crashed backup hard drive, and +/- 200 cups of coffee…we have a new website. And it’s pretty cool. Below are some of the new features you will find, with tips on how best to utilize the new site.
For the General Public
Our product line is now searchable with individual product pages, more in-depth product info, installation guides, pricing, part numbers, and so much more coming. Product videos, technical charts, and more are on their way. Not sure what Phenix part number you’re looking for? No problem, you can search by description. Or browse the categories to see the full extent of what we offer.
An interactive online catalog where you can flip through the pages of our current printed catalog, download a pdf, download it to your phone, and even view product videos right from the pages of the catalog.
Locate your nearest Phenix Dealer using our dealer locator map. Simply enter your zip code, and you can search by distance or even what type of dealer. View their contact info, get directions, and even send them a message directly from the screen.

The most exciting changes are for our Phenix Dealers. For the first time, you can log into your account and view item stock status, your pricing with discount, place orders, and view order status and order history. All online, 24/7.
You can either search for items like a traditional webstore, or if you already know the parts you need, skip directly to quick order and be checked-out in two easy steps. Your account terms with us stay the same: if you have an open account we will bill you, prepaid will be charged at time of shipping.
Future updates will include automatically estimated shipping costs, wishlists, special sales and promotions, and more. If you’d like access to an online account, please contact us to receive login credentials. Accounts are customized to your discount, company info, tax rates and more.
